Photo Tips: Simple Frame. Sometimes a simple black frame can be an effective way to dress up a photo for presentation on the Web. To create the black frame for this photo we used the following steps in Photoshop:
1. Click on Select in the top menu, then click on All in the drop-down menu.
2. Click on Edit, then click on Stroke in the drop-down menu.
3. A menu box will appear as the result of Step 2.
A. In the box, enter a Width of 50.
B. Select Inside and click on OK.
4. Click on Select in the top menu, then click on Deselect in the drop-down menu.
